Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour (Kodiak Power Flour)
1 cup greek yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
everything bagel seasoning
Preparation
In a large bowl combine kodiak power flour, baking powder, and greek yogurt. Mix with a spatula to combine. Once a ball has formed, you can start kneading it with your hands.
Lightly dust your work surface with flour and knead the dough a few times.
Evenly divide the dough into 12 balls.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and place dough into the pot. Once the balls rise, remove them from the water and place on a baking sheet.
Top with an egg wash and everything bagel seasoning.
Bake on 375° F for 25 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
