Ingredients
2 slices Ezekiel bread, toasted
1/2 large avocado
2 tbsp Fage Greek yogurt
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
black pepper
salt
Preparation
Toast bread until golden brown or crispy.
In a bowl, add avocado, greek yogurt, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. Mix to combine.
Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto the slices of bread.
Top with pumpkin seeds, salt, and pepper.
