Ingredients
2 slices bread, toasted
4 tbsp cottage cheese
Shiitake mushrooms
Rosemary
Black pepper
Salt
Red pepper flakes
Preparation
Toast bread until golden brown.
While bread is toasting, sauté mushrooms in a pan over medium heat. (No oil needed. Just add mushrooms to a pan and let all of the moisture from the mushrooms release. Stir occasionally. Once they are golden brown, they are done!)
Smear cottage cheese on top of the toast and add mushrooms on top.
Season with rosemary, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
