  • 1 slice of bread, toasted

  • cottage cheese

  • smoked Atlantic salmon

  • red onion

  • capers

  • dill

  • cracked pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast your bread until golden brown.

  2. Smear cottage cheese on toast and add thinly sliced red onion, smoked salmon, and cappers on top.

  3. Season with dill and freshly cracked pepper.
